Donate to help animals today
The RSPCA Scarborough & District Branch has been working since 1867 to relieve the suffering of animals within the local area. We only exist because of public donations. Donating could not be easier, so please help us rehabilitate and rehome hundreds of unwanted and abandoned cats and dogs by donating today!
Donations are essential to the continuation of our work, there are many ways in which you can give:
You can take cash or cheques in to our shop on Aberdeen Walk and you will be given a receipt.
Even the smallest donation is always very welcome - The Government’s Gift Aid scheme enables us to reclaim the tax paid on what you have given us, so please consider to ‘Gift Aid it’.
Please send your cheques payable to RSPCA Scarborough & District Branch to:
18-20 Aberdeen Walk
You can make a donation on your mobile phone. Just text DINN35 followed by £1, £2, £5 or £10 to 70070.
Your donation will come to us via the Just Giving website and again a Gift Aid option is available.
The maximum you can give is £10 and don't forget you will also pay your normal mobile phone charges.
You can support us without sending us cash. We keep our Amazon Wishlist up to date with what we need. Can you send us a present to an animal today without leaving your chair?
Leave a Legacy
If you would like to donate some of your estate to your local RSPCA Scarborough & District Branch please make sure that your solicitor knows about it and that you state in your will that the amount you wish to leave goes to the “Scarborough & District branch of the RSPCA, charity number 232233, 18-20 Aberdeen Walk, Scarborough, YO11 1XW”. Without the full details the money may not be used in the local area. You can also ask for donations at your funeral to be given to the RSPCA – again please specify the details.
If you would like to choose the local RSPCA branch as a beneficiary, please make your solicitor aware and stipulate in your will “Scarborough & District RSPCA Branch. Registered Charity 232233.”
